- Open tooling available in every pin count - from 28 through 84 lead.
- Flexible "modular" tooling which facilitates additional pad sizes and thermally enhanced "Batwing" designs.
- New open tools are continuously being added to the portfolio as market opportunities are identified. Most new tools are built with narrow dambars which are located closer to the package body. This "close dambar" design reduces mold flash and improves solder plating coverage
- All parts are available with standard silver spot plating, silver ring plating.
